Fitness & Lifestyle Coach
Robert has worked with elite athletes, busy professionals, stay-at-home moms, seniors and a variety of others. He received his fitness coaching certification at Cooper Aerobics Institute in Dallas, Texas. He has continued to grow and learn in order to help others in their fitness journey. He is also a Certified Mental Health Coach through Light University (AACC) as well as a Nutrition Coach (NASM).
My Story...
What began as a job became a passion. Life is a series of different paths we take. Each path leads us to a certain place. The great thing is, we have choices we can make to get us to certain places in life. Every choice has an outcome. That outcome can be positive or negative to the course of our life journey. My story has lots of poor choices in it. Choices that were affecting my overall health and wellness. My story is too long for this limited space but just know that I have overcome many challenges, such as debilitating back pain (two bulging discs), chronic gout pain, knee pain, elbow pain, blood clotting disorders and more. All of these issues are gone due to understanding the mechanics of the body and proper nutrition. This is how HOPE Fitness and Lifestyle Coaching came about. We want to bring HOPE to others who feel like “this is as good as it can be.”
